The fifth edition of the Bangalore BirdRace saw a record number of registered participants and teams taking part. As an icing on the cake, this year the winning team eclipsed the previous record of highest number of species spotted by a team. Held on 16 January 2011, this BirdRace culminated at the end of day at Royal Orchid Central, Bangalore.
